- Reports that Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasekara said he was dissatisfied with the CCD’s investigation into the phone of the former SriLankan Airlines executive and would inform the Inspector General of Police. According to the officers, police asked Apple through the Ministry of Justice for data from the phone, Apple said it would keep the data for only 90 days, which expire on 29 November, and a further request had gone unanswered.
