War accountability at the UN

What the United Nations has reported and decided about the final stages of the war and about accountability since: the 2011 Panel of Experts report, the government’s rejections, the 2013 Channel 4 documentary and the Council resolutions of 2015 and 2025. The panel’s findings are the panel’s, as Human Rights Watch reports them; no court has ruled on them. Not yet included: the 2015 UN investigation report, the 2020 withdrawal from the 2015 resolution and domestic inquiries.
